I never have a bad experience here. The people are always super nice and accommodating. I usually get an orange mango smoothie which is unbelievably good.

Their frozen drinks are THE BEST. You'll never have an inconsistent blend like other coffee companies have with their blended drinks. If you like Starbucks, give this a try... You can thank me later.

I usually have a great experience here, but the other day I got a rebel and didn't bring my own cup. The lid on my drink was split, when I went to take it out of my car, it cracked in half and went everywhere! Definitely bringing my own cup next time.

Located next to the shut-down skating rink, this bi-curious beach party is the creation of Italian club owner Bologna Danza, and this place has everything: split kicks, an awkward parking lot, pile after pile of expired Lunchables, a Hawaiian cleaning lady that looks like Smokey Robinson…and look who just walked in, is that Natalie Portman? No, it’s Can Man.Great service and we shall return.

I love Dutch! I took my younger sisters there today and they specially made their drinks sweeter for them. Super nice people, and great service. Definite 5 stars. Just be careful, because some employees-not all-will try to upsell you.

The staff here is always amazing. Its always upbeat and fun. Things to put you in the mood to live your life. The consistency for flavor of what you order changes. Sometimes the coffee tastes funky. Like a sludge of coffee rather than fresh. It tastes dark and aged. I frequently order blended rebels and obsess over the same flavor. 1 location in lebanon it tastes one way that gets me hooked. I'll get it at the other spot and it's not the same... at all. I love everything Dutch does, the people they employ, benefits, but sadly they cant be my favorite. Small local coffee places that hand make every order are really doing this right.

I was sitting in line thinking that the gentleman or should I say everyone in there was kind of taking a little while, but when I got up to the window I noticed that he was alone and he was doing the best job we could. I want to give a shout out to the gentleman that helped me today as he was friendly he was working hard and he was taking it in stride. Absolutely love the attitude Dutch Brothers employees....

Dutch Bros is our go to coffee house in Oregon and we get the same quality at each one we visit. Great friendly staff as well. What I like most is they are generous in spirit and not greedy. I think that is a key point as to why they continue to be successful.

The Lebanon unit on Main Street, mid-town, (near the old Roller Skate facility), has a rotating staff, of which every member is efficient and courteous. If the drive through line has more than 4 vehicles, a runner comes out to take orders, which are sent to the Inside crew via wireless computer. By the time I reach the window my selection is ready to pick up, pay for, and drive off to enjoy. A very welcome courtesy, enabling only the shortest delay and ability to get on with my day.

Twice this week I've asked for a simple medium, white chocolate mocha, hot. Both times my coffee hasn't even been close to hot. Like warm at best. This is the new DB location in Lebanon. Idk what the deal is with the new guy there but he is struggling.

I was having trouble finding the right sweetness for my special drink so the employee kept adding sugar until I found the perfect amount so she then told me the exact amount for the next time I came there.. I've ordered my drink so many times pretty much every employee knows exactly what I want when I show up.. Thank you to all of you.. YOU ROCK!

Visiting Dutch Bros. always puts a smile on my face. The people who work here are always friendly, have fun music playing, and have genuine conversations with you. The coffee is consistent in quality, and is usually a welcome comfort on long drives. It’s a welcome site to see Dutch Bros on the side of the road. Keep up the great work.
